Concho Customs started the way most good things do — with a problem to solve and a machine to solve it. What began as a way to make custom pieces for friends and family turned into a full-on obsession with the craft of laser engraving.
Every piece that leaves this shop is made by one person, on one machine, with real materials. No shortcuts, no outsourcing, no mass production. Just a laser, some wood, and a lot of care.

The Name
Named After a Place Worth Remembering
Concho is a small high-desert community in eastern Arizona — the kind of place where the sky goes on forever and the sunsets stop you in your tracks. It's where the roots of this shop are planted.
The name is a nod to that place and everything it represents — wide open space, honest work, and things built to outlast the moment. Every piece that leaves this shop carries a little of that with it.

Nothing sits in a warehouse. Every piece is made when you order it, to your exact specs. Typical turnaround is 3–7 days.

How It Works
From Idea to Your Hands
You Share Your Vision
Tell me what you want — a name, a date, a design, a photo. The more detail the better, but even a rough idea is enough to start.
I Design & Proof It
I build out the design in-house and send you a digital proof before anything gets burned. You approve it, request changes, or start over — no pressure.
Laser Does the Work
Once approved, the design goes to the laser. Depending on complexity, engraving takes anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.
Finished & Shipped
Pieces are finished by hand — sanded, sealed, and packaged carefully. Most orders ship within 3–7 days of approval.
The Setup
Equipment & Materials
The shop runs on a diode laser engraver capable of engraving wood, metal, acrylic, leather, and more. It's precise enough to capture fine portrait detail and powerful enough to cut through thick stock.
Materials are sourced for quality — pine slabs, live-edge hardwood, anodized aluminum tags, and cast acrylic. If you have a specific material in mind, ask. If it can be engraved, we'll figure it out.
